Management

The management of RE-BESS IFAISTOS S.A. is exercised by the Board of Directors of the PRO, which is monitored and overseen by its shareholders.

The day-to-day organisation and operation of the PRO is the responsibility of the Director of the Organization, who works in close collaboration with the Operations Coordinator, the Financial & Legal department. Financial auditing is carried out by a certified public accountants’ firm, while collaboration with external consultants is envisaged on a case-by-case basis for specialized support needs.
